Class Descriptions:

Ab Attack
A high-energy cardio class, which includes a fun exercise to music fat burning section, followed by targeted legs, bums and tums toning exercises.

Quick HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a style of workout that requires participants to perform exercises with as much effort as possible for short bursts, then rest for quick recovery periods. Each session consists of multiple rounds designed to ramp up your heart rate. HIIT is a great tool to burn calories and build lean muscle in a time efficient manner. 

Flexercise
A blend of body weight conditioning, Pilates and stretch for a whole body workout at your own level.

Group Indoor Cycling
A fun, high intensity class to music that focuses on muscular strength and endurance with cardio intervals thrown in for good measure! Involves a stationary exercise bike with a weighted flywheel.

Yoga
During our yoga class you will learn to breathe, focus, move, stretch and balance. How to move with your breath while building strength and working on your core.

Once you are a member you can book classes online by creating an online account. If you’re interested in membership or looking to book a class, please use the below buttons.

 

  1. Visit our booking website.
  2. Click on register and link.
  3. Enter the details that the page requires (email/password etc.).
  4. You should then receive a confirmation email.
  5. Click on the link sent in the email.
  6. Enter the details that the page requests.
  7. From the ‘My Account’ screen you can make a booking, view/amend a booking and view the class timetable.
