Class Descriptions:

Badminton
A weekly court is available adjacent to the gym in our Sports Hall. Bring a friend or family member for free. Equipment provided.

Body Blast
A feel-good form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit. It targets strength building, toning and muscular endurance.

Dance Yourself Fit

Our Flexi-Stretch class is a low-intensity workout that blends stretching, strengthening and helps improves flexibilty. This class is designed to help reduce stress, prevent injury and help increase range of motion. This class is beginner friendly. (Running for 6 weeks)

Spin Yourself Fit
Indoor cycling, commonly known as spinning, is an exercise class that combines endurance, strength, and high-intensity intervals for a fun fitness journey. You’ll ride on our stationary bikes equipped with a weighted flywheel, designed to challenge you and help you recover while you burn calories like never before! Join the adrenaline rush and discover an exciting way to boost your fitness level and crush your goals!

Yoga
During our yoga class you will learn to breathe, focus, move, stretch and balance. How to move with your breath while building strength and working on your core.

Once you are a member you can book classes online by creating an online account. If you’re interested in membership or looking to book a class, please use the below buttons.

 

  1. Visit our booking website.
  2. Click on register and link.
  3. Enter the details that the page requires (email/password etc.).
  4. You should then receive a confirmation email.
  5. Click on the link sent in the email.
  6. Enter the details that the page requests.
  7. From the ‘My Account’ screen you can make a booking, view/amend a booking and view the class timetable.
