Class Descriptions:
Badminton
A weekly court is available adjacent to the gym in our Sports Hall. Bring a friend or family member for free. Equipment provided.
Body Blast
A feel-good form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit. It targets strength building, toning and muscular endurance.
Dance Yourself Fit
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy.
Flex and Flow
This is a dynamic yoga-based class infused with Pilates elements designed to build strength, flexibility and mindfulness. This class blends fluid yoga movements with core focused Pilates exercises, creating a balanced workout that tones muscles, improves posture and enhances flexibility.
Mixed Pilates
A relaxed and friendly Pilates class for everyone. No previous experience required. Exercises can be adapted as required. Led by a qualified Physiotherapist and APPI Pilates Instructor.
Yoga
During our yoga class you will learn to breathe, focus, move, stretch and balance. How to move with your breath while building strength and working on your core.

Once you are a member you can book classes online by creating an online account. If you’re interested in membership or looking to book a class, please use the below buttons.

- From the ‘My Account’ screen you can make a booking, view/amend a booking and view the class timetable.
